About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Enterprise Project Management Office. This key leadership role is focused on a portfolio of initiatives that drive growth, profitability, and customer experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving franchisee satisfaction, building and optimizing operating systems, and supporting programs. This includes strategic planning, governance, and execution of transformation projects. The role requires a deep expertise in Lean principles, hands-on experience in leading large-scale change initiatives, and a strong ability to build and manage relationships with key business stakeholders. The VP will also be instrumental in organizational alignment, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and fostering a success-oriented, accountable environment. Candidates for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), with 8-15 years' experience in program management, project management, and / or consulting leadership, ideally with exposure to property mitigation, restoration, and reconstruction services. The role demands exceptional strategic planning, influencing, and communication skills, as well as a high level of organizational and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will be a committed lifelong learner, with a passion for sharing knowledge and driving employee and franchisee engagement.
