Applicants for the Vice President position must have a Master's degree, preferably in business administration or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of significant experience in managing financial matters and budgeting for a complex organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting practices, as well as experience in the public sector, particularly in education. The role requires a leader with in-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
