About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) to join their dynamic and mission-driven team. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the finance department, responsible for piloting financial planning processes, driving strategic insights, and delivering financial visibility to support the company's growth. This role also involves being a strong integration leader, ensuring effective pre and post-integration processes. The VP will oversee all aspects of FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, and will be expected to provide actionable insights to senior leadership, establish financial performance metrics, and support investor-related activities. Key responsibilities for the VP include leading the FP&A team, acting as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership, and developing scalable financial models and systems. In the M&A capacity, the role involves serving as the primary point of contact for diligence and integration-related communications, leading the oversight of the diligence process, and developing and executing integration plans. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic financial leadership, be adept at identifying and negotiating M&A opportunities, and have experience in managing investor relationships. A strong background in data integration, performance management, and team leadership is essential, as is a passion for the company's mission in the energy transformation sector.
