Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Organizational Impact:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that strengthens company culture, enhances employee engagement, and supports business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing HR and compliance team across multiple geographic locations.
- Establish and continuously improve best-in-class talent development systems that attract, nurture, and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive strategic business priorities and ensure HR alignment with organizational goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, labor laws, and market shifts, proactively implementing policies and programs that keep us competitive and compliant.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Oversee all HR functions, ensuring excellence in talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including ACA audits, EEO-1 reporting, 401(k) audits, and other regulatory requirements.
- Drive the implementation of HR policies and procedures that promote equity, fairness, and legal compliance, minimizing risk to the organization.
Total Rewards & Employee Experience:
- Lead the design and execution of compensation, benefits, 401(k), PTO, and other total rewards programs that attract and retain top talent.
- Foster a people-first culture, ensuring employee well-being, recognition, and growth opportunities remain a priority.
- Leverage data-driven insights to continuously enhance HR programs, improving both employee satisfaction and organizational performance.
Requirements:
- 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including HR compliance and multi-location team management.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI) preferred.
- A proven track record of building, leading, and scaling HR functions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Expertise in HR compliance, employee relations, and regulatory reporting at the federal and state levels.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
