The Company is in search of a VP of Investor Relations to spearhead the strategic development and execution of a comprehensive investor relations program. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the company's financial narrative, building and maintaining strong relationships with the investment community, and leading the preparation of all investor communications. This role requires a deep understanding of capital markets, exceptional communication and project management skills, and a proven track record in investor relations and corporate development, preferably within the technology or SaaS sector. The VP will also play a key role in financial strategy, including the identification and execution of M&A transactions, and will be expected to have expertise in ESG communications.
The ideal candidate for the VP of Investor Relations position at the company will have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA or CFA strongly preferred. A minimum of 15 years' experience in investor relations, investment banking, or a related field is required, with a focus on publicly traded SaaS companies.
