About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP Master Data Engineering and Management to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Data Engineering senior team, driving the evolution and implementation of data and analytics strategy to support the organization's strategic objectives and transformation to a customer-centric digital insurer. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and at least 9 years' of data engineering experience, including 3 years' in a management role. A strong background in data management, particularly in the digital space, and experience with MDM solutions across multiple divisions is essential. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in driving change, building integrated data management teams, and a deep understanding of data, analytics, and technology trends. The candidate should be adept at communicating the value of data and analytics, and have experience in addressing MDM requirements across various business functions. Thought leadership, innovation, and the ability to influence and build long-term relationships are also key attributes for this position.
