About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of AI Business Development and Strategy to lead the identification, evaluation, and securing of new business opportunities in the AI-driven caregiving and customer service sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships, particularly with data integration companies, real-world evidence providers, and AI-focused organizations. A key aspect of the role is the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new products, with a focus on those that leverage data creation and integration capabilities. The VP will also lead corporate development initiatives, including M&A, and drive the creation, integration, and commercialization of new data products to support AI advancements and client needs. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in business development, corporate development, or strategic partnerships, with a specific focus on AI and data monetization. A proven track record in closing deals and driving revenue growth in dynamic industries is essential. The role requires deep industry knowledge of AI caregiving and customer service, including emerging trends and technologies, as well as familiarity with data integration and real-world evidence companies. Strong strategic thinking, exceptional relationship-building, negotiation skills, and financial acumen are a must. The ideal candidate will have a front-row seat experience in guiding organizations through industry changes and capitalizing on new opportunities. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an MBA or advanced degree.
