A proven track record of leading and executing complex M&A transactions and strategic partnerships is essential. Applicants should hold a BA / BS in business administration, finance, or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate development, M&A, investment banking, or related roles in technology is required.
