We are looking for an exceptional leader to take on the pivotal role of Vice President for our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). This executive-level position is essential in steering the strategic direction, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide projects that drive our company forward. The ideal candidate will possess a visionary mindset and a rich history in project and change management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams towards achieving our organizational objectives.

To qualify for the Vice President of EPMO position, candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, project management, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project and program management. At least 5 years in a senior leadership position, preferably within a Project Management Office, is essential. An active PMP certification is a must, along with exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools is required, as well as strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
