About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing health services strategies, overseeing budgets, and partnering with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. Candidates for the VP HS position at the company should be licensed clinicians or hold a PhD or PsyD, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 8 years of experience in health services, with a significant portion in executive leadership, is required, along with at least 5 years in Medicaid and / or Medicare programs and 3 years in managed care and / or care management. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in mentoring and leading teams, as well as experience in utilization management, care coordination, and clinical program development.
