SUMMARY
The Vice President of Retail & E-Commerce is a pivotal executive leadership position responsible for guiding the strategic and operational direction of the retail division across multiple brands. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role focuses on delivering operational excellence, driving financial success, and enhancing the customer experience across all retail locations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure overall business compliance.
- Provide vision and leadership for the operational strategy of the retail division, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and brand identity.
- Develop and implement best-in-class operational processes and procedures to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance across all locations.
- Manage and optimize the P&L for the brands, overseeing budgets, forecasting, and financial performance to drive profitability and sales.
- Stay informed about retail industry trends, market changes, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the customer journey through service standards, employee training, and data-driven improvements.
- Review and keep track of contracts and leases.
- Lead and mentor the retail management team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Continually optimize retail technology systems, including Point of Sale and other tools, to support scalable and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Buying, HR, Legal, Accounting, and other departments to ensure operational alignment with overall business goals.
- Guide operations management in compliance with government and other regulatory agency guidelines and laws. Implement programs to ensure overall safety, security, maintenance, and ergonomics for the operations functions.
- Negotiate with vendors.
- Leverage analytics and key performance indicators to identify opportunities, measure success, and make informed strategic decisions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Senior leadership experience in multi-unit retail operations, preferably across lifestyle or experiential brands (10 years).
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications may be preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale operations and oversee multiple brands simultaneously.
- Proven expertise in P&L management, operational scaling, and standardization.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budget management, and understanding of financial metrics and KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and apply it to operational strategies.
- Strong background in customer experience enhancement and team development.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on inspiring and motivating teams.
- Experience in retail expansion and new store launch processes.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- This position requires frequent travel to store locations, corporate meetings, and other business-related engagements, which may involve overnight and weekend stays.
- Requires the ability to sit at a desk for extended periods of time.
