Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate – Amazon Shipping Specialist to support our day-to-day Amazon operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for picking, packing, labeling, and shipping orders, while also creating and managing shipments through Amazon Seller Central. A strong understanding of Amazon’s systems and requirements is essential, as is the ability to resolve SKU and shipping-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and label products for Amazon orders in compliance with platform standards
- Create and manage shipments in Amazon Seller Central, including carton/pallet uploads and shipping label generation
- Maintain inventory accuracy and troubleshoot any issues related to SKUs, shipments, or system discrepancies
- Ensure all Amazon shipments meet packaging, labeling, and prep requirements
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
- Meet daily shipping goals and collaborate with team members for streamlined workflow
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment role
- Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA & FBM shipping creation, and SKU management is strongly preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
