Warehouse / Distribution Center Manager

• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of shipping orders.
• Communicates with customer service representatives concerning product shipments.
• The daily management of the flow of products to meet customer requirements.
• Identifies, troubleshoots and resolves issues preventing, delaying or otherwise encumbering product flow to include inventory accuracy.
• Leads regular shift meetings to communicate team progress, forecasts workload, safety reminders and other pertinent information.
• Ensures departmental and company processes, policies and procedures are adhered to by direct reports.
• Responsible for ensuring the training of all direct reports on departmental and company processes, policies and procedures.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.
• Must maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Job Requirements

• Minimum three to five years managerial experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Must have previous experience utilizing warehouse management application software.
• Must be proficient utilizing Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
