Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. Duties
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory management practices to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Implement operational policies and procedures.
- Implement and oversee security operations.
- Oversee transportation management systems to optimize delivery routes and reduce costs.
- Develop and manage budgets related to warehouse operations, ensuring financial efficiency.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.
- Collaborate with other departments such as distribution centers and procurement teams to streamline processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment.
Qualifications
- Proven of experience.
- Strong knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, and budgeting practices.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems and warehouse management systems.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Ability to operate forklift effectively.
- Available to work extended hours if needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $53,500.00 - $56,500.00 per year
