What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Supervisor position at Confidential?
This is a full-time, 1st shift, on-site role for a Warehouse Supervisor in Ft. Smith, AR. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing shipping & receiving processes, handling materials, and controlling inventory.
**Warehouse supervision, order fulfillment, training, coaching, continuous improvement, logistics coordination, and inventory management are key qualifications.
**This is a safety sensitive position as it will require operating a sit-down forklift. This is a 1st shift position (09:00am – 5:30pm) that will require both weekly and weekend overtime.
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving of all material at the distribution center. Additionally, the Warehouse Supervisor will work with counterparts in neighboring facilities to manage a shared supply line and assist in inventory management. The Warehouse Supervisor is also responsible for driving 5S/Lean efforts in their department.
Must have experience leading people
Must be sufficient in Microsoft Office products, and able to learn ERP system
Organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines are a must
