We are seeking an experienced and strategic, results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the company’s visibility, promote partnerships and increase engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing techniques and the ability to drive growth through effective campaigns ensuring they align with our brand strategy and business goals. The work is predominantly intellectual and varied in character. The role and work involve the consistent exercise of discretion and judgment in its performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Strategic Marketing Planning :

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy to promote the company.
  • Align marketing initiatives with company goals and growth objectives, including enhancing brand visibility and fostering partnerships.
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring they target the right audiences and the right time through relevant channels.

Brand Management and Awareness :

  • Oversee the production of all marketing materials, including digital ads, social media content, email campaigns, print collateral, and more.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as directed.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative projects and channels.
  • Digital Marketing & Social Media :

  • Lead the company’s digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media channels (organic and paid), and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Assist with developing engaging content that highlights the company’s services, events, and amenities to create an exceptional guest experience.
  • Manage social media platforms and respond to customer feedback in a timely manner, promoting a positive image of the airport.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve creative processes and outputs.
  • Event Marketing and Promotions :

  • Assist with promotion of executive events, including season promotions, events, company enhancements, and local community outreach programs.
  • Organize and manage guest engagement events such as giveaways, contests, or special celebrations tied to holiday or special occasions.
  • Develop creative promotions to encourage guests to use specific services.
  • Public Meeting Coordination :

  • Assist with graphic, visual, and audio preparation and execution as assigned.
  • Collaboration and Leadership :

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in marketing initiatives and enhance the overall passenger experience.
  • Budget Management :

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all activities and campaigns are executed within budgetary constraints.
  • Track marketing expenditures and evaluate the ROI of campaigns to ensure the efficient use of resources.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

  • Education / Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, social media, communications, or a related field required.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a creative role within a marketing department.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, SEO, and analytics.
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns that drive growth and engagement.

  • Travel from time to time for conferences or for community events.
