Position Overview:
We are seeking a Veterinary Technician to join our team. This role involves assisting veterinarians with medical procedures and exams, monitoring patient vital signs, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with surgeries and medical procedures
- Take and develop radiographs (x-rays)
- Perform venipuncture and other lab tests
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Requirements:
A minimum of an associate's degree in veterinary technology or a related field is required. A license to practice as a veterinary technician in the state of Idaho is also required.
