To be successful in this role, you must have strong swimming skills and be able to pass a lifeguard certification course. You must also be at least 16 years old, and available to work weekends and holidays. Additional requirements include being able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Responsibilities and Expectations
As a Lifeguard, your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the safety of our guests by enforcing waterpark rules and maintaining a secure swimming environment. This includes being able to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations, as well as performing regular equipment checks and reporting any issues to management. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area, and to communicate effectively with guests and other staff members.
