Purpose
Responsible for mitigating financial and underwriting issues for customers, carriers and employees.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Respond to Loss Prevention Hotline tips.
Investigate customer fraud reports.
Conduct audits on sales employees or offices.
Identify risks and suggest solutions to mitigate losses.
Provide updates, analysis, and recommendations for business performance improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Write reports summarizing gaps, enhancement opportunities, and proposals from the risk assessment.
Participate in projects, prepare charts and metrics for departmental support.
Assist in developing and training fraud detection/prevention systems.
Oversee office surveillance and retrieve footage as needed.
Build positive relationships with state and federal law enforcement agencies.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Requires at least 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
Preferred: Property & Casualty license
Preferred: Wicklander-Zulawski certificate
Skilled in Microsoft Office products
Smartsheet or similar tool a plus
Preferred Skills
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects efficiently.
Expertise in auto insurance policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Initiative - readiness to accept responsibilities and challenges.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
