HR Digitalization is a key pillar of the HR strategy at Danone. The Global HR Digitalization team is responsible for all Global HR Digitalization initiatives at the company. In this team, we partner with HR functions and the IT department to deliver excellent HR products, technology, data, driving best-in-class employee experience. With a dual focus of improving our core systems while driving innovation with new technology, this highly ambitious team is the place to discover how global digital projects are managed, within an international, highly diverse, and fast-paced environment.
The Digital Talent Acquisition Manager reports to the Digitalization Stream Lead Talent and Learning Director and in this role will be the cornerstone to ensure the perfect fit of our Talent Acquisition digital initiative in our HR digital landscape, by supporting our Business Process Manager and connect with our IT team to build world class solution to attract the best Talent outside. As we aim for the best for our infrastructure, we aim for the best people to join our team. In this role you will play a key role to support our new ATS implementation based on ICIMS solution, bridging request to innovative solutions and support the implementation and usage of the tool. You will also support and enable the Talent Acquisition ecosystem and ensure proper growth to smoothly connect every brick of of our new infrastructure.

calificaciones
- Bachelor degree with strong academic track record.
- Experience with all Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Hands-on user for Microsoft Internet Explorer and related web-based technologies.
- Must have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision or formal structure.
- Previous experience with client relations and experience in HR systems and/or software project management are significant plus.
