HR Technology Project Manager
Location: Wickliffe, OH
(Onsite - Hybrid/ must work EST hours)
Key Responsibilities:
- In partnership with the Director, HR Technology, manage HR projects that focus on HCM solutions including project plans, change management, requirements, system configuration, training, testing, and deployment.
- Develop and maintain project collateral (plans, timelines, RAID logs, etc.) and project budgets ensuring adherence to milestones, costs, and deadlines.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across HR, IT, and business teams to manage project scope, objectives, schedule, budget, deliverables, and quality.
- Coordinate and manage project resources, including internal team members and external consultants, to ensure smooth execution of project tasks.
- Conduct project status meetings, provide meeting notes and action items, create and share status reports to stakeholders and sponsors on progress, risk, issues, quality and change management activities.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively addressing any challenges that may arise throughout a project.
- Ensure effective change management strategies are in place, including communication plans, training programs, and user adoption.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure data integrity and effective system integration with systems and platforms.
- Work with the HR Technology leadership team to enhance processes and tools that support project management delivery and maturity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in HR, IT, or Business
- Minimum 3 years working on full lifecycle HR Technology projects.
- Minimum 3 years HR or IT project management including the ability to develop and manage project scope, time, budget, communications, and cross-functional resources.
- Minimum 3 years managing HCM project such as SAP SuccessFactors (preferred), Workday, or Oracle HCM (specific migration, implementation, and upgrade experience is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skill with a keen attention to details, continuous improvement, and systems thinking.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects for a global organization in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Expertise managing projects following multiple project methods (e.g., waterfall, agile, and hybrid).
- PMO development, support and management experience is a plus.
- Experience with Smartsheet is preferred.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
