This is a full-time remote role for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Confirm. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as ensuring customer satisfaction, leveraging analytical skills to drive insights, focusing on customer retention, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Because the customers are organizations from 750 - 5000 employees, it's important to have experience to work with multiple stakeholders from organizations of this size. Experience and familiarity with HR tools and processes is a big plus.
