We are seeking a CRM Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This individual will report to the Director of Marketing and play a key role in developing and executing CRM strategies that enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. The role will operate across all entities of Confirmed360, including Granted.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement CRM Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty across all Confirmed360 entities.
- Manage CRM Platforms: Oversee the utilization of Klaviyo for email marketing and SMS campaigns, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Salesforce Integration: Collaborate with the sales and Product teams to ensure effective integration and utilization of Salesforce for customer relationship management.
- SMS Marketing: Develop and execute SMS marketing campaigns to effectively reach and engage our audience.
- Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to gain insights into behavior and preferences, informing targeted marketing initiatives.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor CRM campaigns, including email and SMS, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Performance Reporting: Track and report on CRM campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, partnerships, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and a unified customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM management, preferably within the entertainment, sports, music, or film & television industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in Klaviyo for email and SMS marketing, with a solid understanding of Salesforce CRM.
- Strong ability to analyze customer data and campaign performance metrics to inform strategy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- A passion for the music, sports, and premium events industry is a plus.
