Job Description
Foster company culture and manage both internal and external relationships.
Monitor project status, billing, accounts receivable, and non-invoiced items reports for each project.
Collaborate with design teams to ensure project success.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the project team.
Maintain schedules, lead project status meetings, manage budgets, and actively participate in proposal development and client interactions.
Work primarily within Power Delivery, with possible collaboration between other departments depending on the project.
Travel locally within the region to meet with clients.
Qualifications
Familiarity with regional utilities (e.g., Duquesne)
Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Proven project management experience, including CPM scheduling, budget oversight, team leadership, proposal development, client engagement, and project presentations.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, engineering management, construction management, or a related field, or 10 years of relevant professional experience in the electric power and communications sector.
10 years of experience in the industry, with at least 5 years in project management.
Experience in managing small and medium-scale projects or leading engineering teams.
Strong understanding of project management tools and processes
