Occupational Therapist / Certified Hand Therapist (CHT)
The Confluent Health System Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist / Certified Hand Therapist with hand splinting expertise to join our team in Tulsa, OK.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Review patient medical history and develop individualized treatment plans that cater to their unique needs.
- Diagnose Patients: Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to their concerns.
- Manage Pain and Improve Mobility: Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain and improve mobility.
- Record Patient Progress: Record patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist: Licensed in Oklahoma as an Occupational Therapist.
- Certified Hand Therapist: Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) or anticipating certification within two years.
