Job Description : Materials Handler IConfluent Medical Technologies India Pvt Ltd is a 100% owned subsidiary of Confluent Medical Technologies Inc. (HQ in Scottsdale, Arizona - ). Confluent Medical is urgently looking fora Materials Handler I in our Shipping & Receiving team to join our team. You may be who we are looking for! As a uniquely qualified candidate, you will : Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoicesExamine goods and reject unsatisfactory items when necessaryMaintain records of received goods in ERP systemPerform daily cycle countsStocks goods in inventoryEnsure parts location are updated in ERP systemPrepare goods for final shipmentEnsure compliance to shipping requirements as noted in the Sales order and / or packing listPosts weights and shipping charges accuratelyPerform shipping transactions accurately in ERP systemLifts heavy items and operate a forklift.Material handling functions using pick list and / or other documentations providedAdhere to safety guidelines and 5S in the work area at all timesLoad and unload the vehicle as requiredPerform other duties as assignedQualifications / Requirements : Unassisted lifting up to 20 kgs requiredFamiliarity on ERP systemsAssociates Degree or equivalent with 3 - 5 years of related experienceForklift certification is preferredProficient in utilizing business tools such as : E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointConfluent Medical Technologiesoffers very competitive compensation and benefits and is proud to have a distinguished reputation throughout the medical device industry around the world!
