What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance/Groundskeeper position at Confluent Technology Group?
Looking for an energetic Maintenance/Groundskeeper to keep grounds functionally and aesthetically sound. Maintain lawns, trees, shrubs, paths, gravel,fountain, gravel parking lot, docs, warehouse and offices. Keep grounds free from trash, litter, debris, weeds, maintain equipment and supplies, and order as needed. Ensure grounds are clean—at all times, while maintaining equipment in our physical plant. Must have a basic understanding of plumbing, electrical systems and carpentry. We are looking for someone who is hard-working, meticulous and patient.
Responsibilities:
- Basic plumbing, electrical work and carpentry.
- Maintaining lawns, trees, shrubs, loading docks.
- Operating and maintaining trucks, forklifts, power tools, saws and hand tools. .
- Keeping grounds free from trash, weeds, litter and debris.
- Maintaining office and warehouse.
Groundskeeper Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
- 1 year groundskeeping or related experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficient in using manual and power tools safely.
- Free from allergies that interfere with Groundskeeper duties.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Available to work overtime.
- Proficient with sending emails.
- Physically agile and dexterous.
Salary : $12 - $14
