About the Role :
Lead the Confluent on Google Cloud business globally. Drive company-wide strategy and execution - from engineering to product to sales & marketing - to unlock exponential growth through our Google Cloud partnership. Building on our strong foundation, you'll create a step change in how we operate - establishing Google Cloud as a key growth pillar for our business while deepening our strategic relationship.
What You Will Do :
- Drive the vision and comprehensive strategy for Google Cloud across all business functions
- Create alignment and accountability across engineering, product, marketing, and sales teams
- Lead our strategic relationship with GCP
- Identify and capture new growth opportunities for Google Cloud partnership and platform innovation
- Partner closely with leadership teams at both Confluent and GCP to ensure aligned execution and shared success in the field
- Establish frameworks and metrics to measure and drive GCP business success
- Champion organizational changes needed for scale
- Integrate GCP co-sell and solution strategies deeply into our core sales motion, ensuring they're built into our fundamental go-to-market approach
- Build compelling business cases using data and insights to showcase GCP Confluent
