- About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced leader to lead a critical area in Cloud Control Plane. The leader will be part of the Cloud platform, which enables Confluent to build in the cloud in a safe, reliable, and scalable manner. The Cloud platform is a Tier-0 infrastructure and is essential for the overall experience for our Confluent customers. As the leader, you will be responsible for enabling infrastructure that powers all of our products around the world and on a global scale. You will be responsible for defining the vision, leading and growing a highly performing engineering team, and planning and driving cross-team efforts to solve complex distributed system challenges at scale.

This position has an annual estimated salary of 248,850 - 267,390 USD, an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package.
