- About the Role :
The Federal Account Executive will be key in driving Confluent's sales activities in the Public Sector. This role includes developing and executing the go-to-market strategy within the SLED and Civilian Agency space. The ideal candidate must have experience selling complex Databases, Messaging, Big Data, Open Source, and / or Cloud solutions.

This position has an annual estimated salary of $131,400 - $154,395, a competitive equity package and is also eligible for additional commission and / or bonus pay.
