R&D Electrical Engineering Co-op
Job Description
This is a role well suited to an ambitious student, looking for the next step in their career.
As a R&D Electrical Engineering Co-op, you will be responsible to:
· In your activities you will be responsible for projects and tasks associated with product development for an electro-mechanical robot.
· You will test new or existing products in the development cycle to characterize performance
· You will be involved in analyzing circuits on printed circuit boards
· You will update electronic CAD part libraries
Experience:
This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers
· You have a strong foundation of electronic circuit design and analysis
· You have experience with testing electronic circuits and related systems using electronic test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, digital volt-meters)
· You are able to solder and design and construct fixtures
· You are able to organize a project, set expected outputs and deliver expected outputs during planned milestones.
Required qualifications to have for the success of this role
· Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or Mechatronics majors are preferred. Other majors with Robotics concentration will be considered
· High GPA is highly desired
· Open to all levels of co-ops. 2nd and 3rd co-op cycles given priority
