Education Requirements:
• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience (required)
Related Work Experience:
• Proven experience as a Systems Troubleshooting Analyst or similar role.
• 1 year relevant business experience in Supply Chain Operations
• 2 years relevant SAP functionality experience and process knowledge in the following modules: MM, IM, SD (required)
• 2 years relevant SAP S4, SAP Ariba technical and/or functional knowledge (preferred)
Functional Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think critically and creatively to troubleshoot complex issues
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate technically to non-technically users/stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
• Ability to lead the identification, development and implementation of process and system improvements in functional area of responsibility.
