SALES MANAGER
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Sales Manager who will play a key role in leading our sales team, supporting our staff in their professional development, and maintaining effective inventory control. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service orientation and be able to address customer inquiries efficiently. Knowledge in the refrigeration sector is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and exceed objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to team members for their professional growth.
- Manage inventory effectively to ensure stock availability and minimize waste.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers and resolve their inquiries promptly.
- Monitor sales performance and generate reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Conversational English skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Relevant knowledge in the refrigeration industry is a plus.
