As Senior Cloud Operations Engineer, you'll be responsible for studying workload characteristics and designing a sizing infrastructure solution for engineering architecture.
Are you the person we are looking for?
Related Experience. You have a minimum of a Master's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or related field or equivalent and two (2) years of experience enabling manual or auto failover using Veritas Replication GUI; resolving issues related to Veritas (VXVM, VCS, VVR) and collaborating with the Network team to allocate new VLANS to ESX hosts; decommissioning and de-certificating Linux, Solaris, and AIX physical and virtual servers; creating and maintaining new systems utilizing dedicated hardware, VMWare, AWS, and OpenStack; configuring JumpStart and KickStart servers to initiate the installation of Red Hat Linux; configuring replication and backup IPs for VMs to decrease latency on primary IP; performing end-to-end tasks involving migrations of Physical to Virtual (P2V) and Virtual to Physical (V2P); and configuring networks using DNS, NIS, NFS, and FTP and troubleshooting network problems including Subnetting, Routing, Firewall related to TCP / IP. Telecommuting and / or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
Education. Must hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or related field or equivalent.

Listed below is the U.S. base salary range for this full-time position. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.
Salary Range : $135,000.00 - $180,591.00
