Congenius is seeking an Sr. Quality Analyst (2) and an Sr Quality Test Automation Engineer  for a Water Engineering CRM Modernization project.

Sr Quality Assurance Analyst (QA)

Execution of the defined quality assurance process and methodology to produce QA-related project deliverables such as:

Test Plans and Strategies: Develop comprehensive and well-structured test plans and strategies to ensure all aspects of the software are tested. 

Test Cases and Scripts: Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases and automation scripts to validate software functionality. 

Defect Identification and Management: Identify, document, and manage defects throughout the testing process, ensuring they are resolved before release. 

Test Data: Prepare data to be used during testing to ensure the software responds correctly to various inputs. 

Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure alignment on quality standards.

Required Skills 

• 5 years of combined manual and automation testing experience 

• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills 

• High level of attention to detail with strong organizational skills 

• Comprehensive knowledge of tools, concepts, and associated methodologies of QA

Preferred Skills 

• Experience with Agile/SCRUM software development practices 

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps 

• Test Automation Tools Telerik Test Studio and/or Tricentis Tosca 

• Knowledge of SRP Water or flood irrigation is a plus

Sr Test Automation Engineer

Design, write, execute, and maintain scalable automated test scripts using a test automation framework that works for backend functions and user interfaces. The Test Automation Engineer will work with a cross-functional team to test a highly performing application based on business requirements distilled into user stories. Participate in agile ceremonies for backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, product demos, and sprint retrospectives. Plan, design and facilitate Regression and Smoke Testing with the project team.

Required Skills 

• 5 years’ experience in Test Automation 

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines 

• Experience with programming languages, such as C# and JavaScript 

• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills 

• High level of attention to detail with strong organizational skills 

• Comprehensive knowledge of tools, concepts, and associated methodologies of QA

Preferred Skills 

• Experience with Agile/SCRUM software development practices. 

• Azure DevOps 

• Knowledge of SRP Water or flood irrigation is a plus 

• Telerik Test Studio or Tricentis Tosca 

• Postman API Platform

This opportunity is a full-time or contract position, benefits are available; including 22 Days of PTO, Medical Insurance Coverage, 401K Program and additional benefits. This role is a hybrid position, requiring two days a week on location in our Tempe, AZ office; with flexibility as it relates to business needs and hybrid work schedule.
