Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Diesel Truck Mechanic to join our team at ConGlobal. As a skilled technician, you will be responsible for assessing and repairing our fleet of Semi Tractor/Trailers at the Railyard.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify problems with mechanical, hydraulic, diesel & electrical systems and execute solutions
- Reads & understands hydraulic & electrical schematics
- Perform routine maintenance & repairs on Hostlers & Forklifts
- Maintain scheduled maintenance on all Tractor Semi/ Trailers
Required Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in Tractor Semi/Trailer repair & Maintenance
- Detailed knowledge of diesel engine systems, including fuel, electrical, cooling, and exhaust systems
- Able to perform inspections that include tune-ups, oil changes, and other key services
- Hydraulic and electrical maintenance experience is required
- Availability to work all shifts and holidays
- Cannabis use is strictly prohibited per Federal Railroad Administration safety regulations and standards for railroad operations
