ConGlobal is currently seeking a highly skilled Tractor Semi Trailer Technician Lead to join our team in Saint Paul, MN.
Job Summary:
This role involves assessing and repairing our fleet of Semi Tractor/Trailers at the Railyard, ensuring they are safe and operational.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and execute solutions for problems with mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, and electrical systems.
- Maintain routine maintenance schedules on all Tractor Semi/ Trailers, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure seamless execution of maintenance and repair tasks.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Tractor Semi/Trailer repair and maintenance.
- Proficient in reading and understanding hydraulic and electrical schematics.
- Able to perform maintenance inspections that include tune-ups, oil changes, and other key services.
- Hydraulic and electrical maintenance experience is required.
- Flexible scheduling required, including all shifts and holidays.
