Job Description.
Key Responsibilities :
- Patient Care : Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Vital Signs Monitoring : Measure and record patient vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Mobility Assistance : Assist patients with walking, transferring, and repositioning to prevent bedsores and promote comfort.
- Patient Support : Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Documentation : Accurately document patient information, including their condition and changes, using electronic medical records.
- Safety and Hygiene : Ensure the cleanliness and safety of patient rooms and common areas, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the nursing team to ensure care plans are followed and communicate any changes in patient conditions.
- Assistance with Procedures : Help the healthcare team with medical procedures as directed by RNs or physicians.
