Job Summary :
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions using SalesCloud and Service Cloud , leveraging native knowledge for custom configurations.
- Lead the development and architecture of custom Salesforce applications, ensuring hands-on involvement in the entire process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and design robust Salesforce solutions that meet requirements.
- Hands-on configuration of Salesforce environments, including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and user interfaces.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on best practices and complex Salesforce configurations.
- Oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure high performance of Salesforce applications, leveraging native Salesforce tools .
- Regularly perform code reviews to maintain best practices and high-quality standards .
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and releases, applying new native functionalities to enhance solutions.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure effective solution delivery and project timelines .
- Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to ensure continued success of Salesforce implementations.
