Job Description :
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform.
Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between the client's current and desired end states.
Follow and help define coding standards. Lead code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed.
Handle the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.
Proficiency in the Salesforce platform, including sales cloud, service cloud, and knowledge in the telecom domain.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including custom objects, flows, triggers, Apex, and Lightning Web components.
Map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities, determining when custom solutions are necessary.
Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce projects, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Experience in Salesforce integrations, including REST / SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
Qualifications :
Total Experience : 12 years, with at least 5 years of Salesforce Solutions Architecture experience.
Proficiency in Salesforce technologies (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning / LWC, ).
Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
Strong knowledge of the SFDC Data Model across various clouds / products and significant data modeling experience.
Experience in architecting solutions on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Proven track record of successful large enterprise Salesforce project deliveries.
DevOps experience for CI / CD using Copado.
Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable, performance-driven solutions.
Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies.
Expertise in defining system architecture landscapes, identifying gaps between current and desired end states, and delivering comprehensive solutions to achieve desired business outcomes.
Strong background in design / development of large web-based systems or complete software product lifecycle exposure.
Extensive solution definition experience, including knowledge of application and integration patterns.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices, with hands-on experience in advanced development tools and techniques.
Relevant Salesforce certifications are preferred.
Ability to engage with senior clients in a business-centric, outcome-oriented dialogue.
Skills, knowledge, and abilities :
Communication industry experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect.
Experience with large data integration and migration activities within Salesforce projects.
Strong documentation skills for current and future state solution architecture, including functional / technical specifications, data integration, and data migration solution design.
Proven ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment.
