- Digital Experience Analysis: Utilize Nexthink for real-time monitoring and deep analysis of digital experience metrics.
- Data Gathering and Query Development: Craft and deploy NQL (Nexthink Query Language) queries to extract insights and interpret data effectively.
- Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain dashboards to track and display critical performance indicators.
- Remote Issue Resolution: Set up and manage remote actions to anticipate and resolve issues before they impact employees.
- Alert and Diagnostic Management: Configure and oversee alerts and diagnostics to identify potential issues early.
- Data Query Optimization: Enhance query efficiency and database logic for streamlined data operations.
- Tool Integration: Seamlessly integrate Nexthink with other platforms (e.g., Splunk) to support comprehensive data analysis and reporting.
- Advanced Data Insights: Write and execute complex queries in Splunk to gather deeper data insights.
- API Utilization: Leverage Nexthink APIs and connectors for smooth data integrations with other systems.
- Automation: Develop PowerShell scripts to automate processes and execute advanced administrative tasks.
- Data Model Application: Apply an understanding of Nexthink’s data model to represent data accurately and support business requirements.
- Infrastructure Management: Support PC infrastructure tasks, including Active Directory, network management, and troubleshooting.
- Azure Cloud Support: Work with Azure applications to deliver and manage cloud solutions.
- ServiceNow Collaboration: Coordinate with ServiceNow for incident tracking, service management, and resolution.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Provide high-level troubleshooting expertise across digital tools and environments.
- Nexthink Experience: Proven experience in using Nexthink for digital experience monitoring and optimization.
- NQL Proficiency: Strong skill set in creating and managing NQL queries, dashboards, remote actions, alerts, and diagnostics.
- Database Logic Knowledge: Proficient in crafting efficient queries and optimizing database performance.
- Integration Expertise: Familiarity with Nexthink integrations, particularly with Splunk, for enhanced data connectivity.
- Splunk Skills: Experienced in writing and executing Splunk queries for in-depth analysis.
- API and Scripting Capabilities: Working knowledge of Nexthink APIs and connectors, along with intermediate to advanced PowerShell scripting skills.
- Infrastructure Understanding: Background in managing PC infrastructure, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
- Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with Azure applications.
- ServiceNow Knowledge: Experience with ServiceNow for incident and service management processes.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and troubleshooting
