Key Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and analyze performance tests using JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, Locust, and similar tools.
- Lead efforts in performance/load testing, regression testing, and integration testing.
- Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD test pipeline integrations.
- Maintain and improve test automation for performance testing.
- Conduct 508 compliance testing using tools like JAWS, ANDI, AMP.
- Generate detailed test reports with analysis and recommendations.
Required Skills:
- Solid experience with load/performance testing tools.
- Strong command of 508 compliance standards and accessibility testing.
- Knowledge of database systems like MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and version control (Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and isolate performance bottlenecks.
- Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
