Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Service Virtualization Developer with expertise in BroadCom DevTest (formerly CA LISA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining service virtualization solutions to support various testing environments, ensuring seamless integration, performance, and regression testing. This role requires strong technical acumen, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and deploy service virtualization solutions to facilitate diverse testing needs, including integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Build and sustain virtualized service models that accurately mimic real-world system interactions.
- Actively participate in Agile development workflows, including sprint planning and retrospectives, ensuring smooth integration of virtualization strategies.
- Develop virtualized services catering to multiple teams, encompassing Web, API, and Messaging (MQ – IBM Informix).
Essential Skills:
- Strong foundation in networking protocols and associated technologies.
- Proficiency in API development, testing, and service interactions.
- Hands-on experience with Java programming.
- Practical expertise with service virtualization tools, specifically Broadcom LISA.
- Ability to engage and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in service virtualization or related domains (e.g., VMware Certified Professional).
- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Prior exposure to software testing or development environments is beneficial.
