Job Description:Extensive experience in designing, developing, and enhancing automation frameworks.
- Strong expertise in UI automation with Selenium (Java) and API automation.
- Skilled in working on large, complex programs within DevOps, CI/CD, and continuous testing environments.
- Define and implement automation test strategies for major initiatives, guide best practices, and oversee automation activities to meet project milestones and SLAs.
- Proactively investigate issues, independently resolve blockers, and propose solutions.
- Provide training and support for new automation team members during onboarding.
- Develop strategies to ensure comprehensive automation coverage across all components, including UI, API, database, mainframe, and Unix systems.
