We are seeking a skilled External Manufacturing Intern for our External Manufacturing team to gain proficiency in data gathering, analysis, and manipulation. The role will primarily involve learning the implementation of NetSuite solutions within our organization and addressing ad hoc data requests through meticulous analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and an understanding of database management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn from our team and gain experience using our data systems and drive informed decision-making processes across the department as a whole. 

Key Responsibilities{{:}} 

Data Gathering and Analysis{{:}} 

•  Respond promptly to ad hoc data requests from various departments, extracting relevant data from diverse sources including databases, spreadsheets, and other software systems. 

•  Cleanse, transform, and manipulate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness. 

•  Utilize advanced Excel techniques, such as pivot tables, formulas, and macros, to analyze large datasets and generate insightful reports. 

•  Develop and maintain automated processes for data extraction, cleansing, and reporting to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance efficiency. 

Data Visualization and Reporting{{:}} 

•  Create visually appealing dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present key insights and trends. 

•  Learn to interpret data findings and translate complex analyses into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders. 

•  Collaborate with business leaders to identify KPIs and metrics relevant to their objectives and develop custom reports to track performance and monitor progress. 

Continuous Improvement{{:}} 

•. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics, NetSuite implementation, and related technologies. 

•  Learn to identify opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements, and data quality optimizations. 

•  Actively participate in project meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums to contribute ideas and insights for driving organizational growth and efficiency. 

Requirements{{:}} 

•  Enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or Business related field. 

•  Experience ERP implementation or module roll outs, configuration, and administration. 

•  Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques. 

•  Knowledge in data analysis, and manipulation. 

•  Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView. 

•  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. 

•  Effective communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner. 

•  Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
