Overview
Congregation Albert of Albuquerque, New Mexico, is seeking a new part-time office team member! We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to interact with our community, answer phones and emails, and be part of a visionary and supportive team in our exciting community. The ideal candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office with strong organizational skills, proficiency in various office software, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. We can offer some flexibility in hours worked.
Duties
- Manage incoming calls and maintain professional phone etiquette while addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Provide support by responding to member queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 applications for document creation, data management, and communication.
- Assist with design of programs, flyers, and eblast graphics
- Operate phone systems effectively to ensure seamless communication within the office.
- Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all written communications.
- Support the team and community with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate and work positively with the rest of the office team, members, vendors, and the public.
- Experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and attention to detail.
- Experience with customer support or receptionist duties is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
