As a part-time Maintenance Tech, you take pride in keeping Casa Santa Cruz running smoothly. You move through the property with purpose, checking on heating and cooling systems, repairing a leaky faucet, or replacing a broken light fixture. You repaint a room one day and install trim or drywall the next. On another day, you're outdoors trimming shrubs, mowing the lawn, or coordinating with a contractor to fix a larger issue. When a part is needed, you're quick to pick it up. You work independently, using your experience and instincts to get the job done right the first time, all while knowing your efforts directly support a greater mission.
