GET TO KNOW THE ROLE
- Pay Range: $20 - $25 per hour (depending on experience)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 3:30 PM

As our Maintenance Tech, your day starts at 7 AM, as you head out to tackle a variety of maintenance tasks. One minute, you're diagnosing an electrical issue or fixing a leaky pipe; the next, you're painting a room or managing snow removal to keep the grounds safe and accessible. With a mix of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work, plus some landscaping to keep things looking pristine, there's never a dull moment. You'll be moving between different buildings, picking up parts and supplies, and teaming up with the Maintenance Supervisor to make sure everything is running smoothly. Each day brings something new-perfect for someone who loves to stay busy and problem-solve!
What You Need to Join Our Team:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- A valid driver's license
- A positive attitude
- The ability to interact well with others
- The ability to assist in a wide variety of tasks and to come in early or stay later if needed
- The ability to follow directions closely but work independently when required
- The ability to use hand and power tools
- Operational skills of working on and repairing commercial equipment
