The Congressional Country Club seeks a Golf Shop Retail Attendant to join our world-class team. In this role, you will provide outstanding service to Members and Guests in all areas related to the Golf Shop, ensuring every experience is memorable.

What Will Be Expected Of You
- Collaborate with the Retail Assistant and Director of Retail to create award-winning merchandise displays.
- Assist with daily inventory management, ensuring stock levels are maintained and reordering needs are communicated.
- Support daily retail operations, including tee-time assistance, answering phone calls, processing transactions, and maintaining the sales floor.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Assist with unpacking, organizing, and restocking inventory.
- Participate in tournament gifting preparation and execution.
- Handle special orders, including taking, receiving, and contacting Members for updates.
- Contribute to the success of promotions and sales events.
- Provide Members and Guests with a world-class retail experience.
- Current student eager to learn the ins and outs of a multi-million-dollar Golf Shop Retail operation.
- Passion for retail, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Interest in golf, athletic fashion, and retail trends.
