The Pool Side Servers will take orders and assist members and guests of Congressional at the Pavilion Restaurant, located next to the Club's three outdoor pools. The Pavilion is a quick-service counter-style restaurant.
Congressional Country Club is looking for Team Members who believe the impossible is possible. Driven to continuously make a positive impact on the organization and believe that as a team we accomplish more.
What will be expected of you:
- Provide immediate attention to all Members/Guests upon approaching the counter.
- Take beverage and food orders, and inform cooks about any special cooking instructions.
- Deliver food to members/guests.
- Keep the dining area and middle terrace areas clean of litter and food.
- Provide continual maintenance and cleaning assistance to the pool staff.
- Set up the Pavilion for service and perform assigned opening and closing side work.
- Check stock pars for days' service.
- Maintain an adequate supply of food and drinks. Requisition items as necessary.
- Keep an inventory of food and beverages periodically throughout the day.
- Maintain kitchen equipment in a clean and orderly fashion.
- Keep floor and counters clean and wipe down at all times. Clean as you go.
- Maintain and monitor restrooms for supplies and cleanliness.
- Keeps tables, chairs, and the floor of the dining area clean at all times.
- Empowered to resolve any concerns or complaints as soon as they occur.
